Requirements:

1. Completion of advanced training from an accredited ADA training program: Dental School, Teaching hospital or related accredited teaching site.
2. Expertise in treating complex endodontic teeth.
3. Experience in treatment of surgical endodontic cases.
4. Experience in use of MTA to treat root perforations and teeth with incomplete apical root formation.
5. Patient friendly.
6. Communicates well with patients and referring general dentists.
