Your staff are really improving! In the past, I have had quite a bit of rudeness there, but not in the last few months! There is still some room for improvement, only would like to be greeted when I walk up to the counter and told they will be with me shortly at least, but I see the staff are really getting better! Last appointment I made a mistake and was an hour late and your staff still fit my son in, after I apologized, the lady at the counter was really nice. I was really impressed. The appointment before, he was forgotten about and we waited over an hour before I went up and asked why so many people were being taken in and not us. I think the system with signing in could be improved upon. But, otherwise good job! I am also happy you have opened up another day for appointments. Glad we could get in there on a Monday for our next appointment! I would also like them to explain the treatment plan more thoroughly with my son. Each appointment, he is told what is being done, but not what to expect in the future, for example when his treatment will be completed. Thank you for really working on improving the atmosphere and treatment there! I am really happy about it. It makes a big difference to see a smiling friendly face at the front desk!
